LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNER SHIP (LLP)

A Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is a form of legal business entity that offers limited liability to its partners. It combines the features of both a partnership and a corporation, where the partners have limited liability similar to shareholders in a corporation, while also maintaining the flexibility and tax benefits of a partnership. LLPs are governed by the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, in India.
Documents Needed for LLP Registration:

Identity Proof of Partners: Identity proof of all partners, such as Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driver's License.

Address Proof of Partners: Address proof of all partners, such as Passport, Voter ID, Aadhar Card, Bank Statement, or Utility Bills.

PAN Card of Partners: PAN Card of all partners.

Proof of Registered Office: Proof of the registered office address of the LLP, such as Rental Agreement, Lease Deed, or Sale Deed, along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the landlord.

Utility Bills: Recent utility bills (not older than two months) for the registered office address, such as electricity bill, water bill, or property tax receipt.

Designated Partner Identification Number (DPIN): Each designated partner of the LLP must obtain a DPIN from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) in India.

Digital Signature Certificate (DSC): At least one partner must obtain a DSC for online submission of documents to the MCA portal.
